ABOUT THIS AWARD
The European Business Legal Awards recognize, encourage and honor counsels, attorneys, law firms and legal innovators for their professionalism, performance, leadership and innovation in uncertain times. This award not only recognizes lawyers/firms with excellent performance, but also the ones that have made positive contribution to the industries and businesses. We believe we can help to create a brighter future for all by sharing common traits of the excellent legal and compliance practitioners, shining a light on these role models, and inspiring others to follow.
Participating in the awards allows you to highlight your biggest successes, your most challenging cases/deals and your most outstanding performance over the past 18 months. Your honors will be reported in a wider world, not only in the legal world, but also in the business and industry world. Your firm and your name will appear in the European business as well as the media outlets of Europe, Asia Pacific, Africa, Middle East and Latin America.
CATEGORIES
WHO IS ELIGIBLE
Nominations can be submitted by any in-house counsel, legal executive, attorney or business leader who has actively involved in the legal and compliance in the past 18 months. Self-nominations are accepted and encouraged, or you may nominate a person or firm in any category that has demonstrated a superior level of performance, professionalism, leadership or innovation. We encourage all relevant parties to make submissions. However, regardless of your submission, we make its own assessment based on research, industry observations and previous interviews. Those that do not make a submission risk not having a complete description of their performance fully considered.
There is no limit on the number of nominations each company/firm may submit in the awards. You can submit multiple nominations to any of the categories, this includes submitting several different nominations in different categories, as well as submitting the same nomination in multiple categories. However, your nominations may be rejected if it does not comply with the spirit of the awards.
Nomination Deadlines:
Early Deadline: September 12, 2023
Regular Deadline: November 10, 2023
Final Deadline: January 12, 2024
