Successful conclusion of a comprehensive succession process
Denis Duverne, Chairman of AXA’s Board of Directors, will retire at the end of his current mandate in April 2022, as planned.
Following a comprehensive succession process led by the Compensation & Governance Committee of AXA’s Board over the past two years, the Board has unanimously decided to appoint Antoine Gosset-Grainville as Chairman, effective on Denis Duverne’s retirement in April 2022.
