Liz Fendt has been appointed Chief Sales and Marketing Officer at TÜV SÜD as of 1 January 2024, leading Sales, Marketing, CRM and eBusiness activities at Group level. Liz Fendt will be based at the Group’s Headquarters in Munich and will report directly to Ishan Palit, COO of TÜV SÜD.
Liz Fendt brings extensive experience in positioning companies in international markets to this role. She has been with the Group since 2001, including 13 years at various locations in Asia. During this time, Liz Fendt built up and managed the marketing and sales management team for the Asia-Pacific region. Most recently, as Chief Marketing Officer, she was responsible for the global marketing of the services group.
“I would like to use my experience to help our customers derive even more value add from our solutions and to ensure that TÜV SÜD develops positively in the future,” explains Liz Fendt. “Through an integrated approach to marketing and sales, we aim to use digitalisation to improve customer interactions and thus also customer satisfaction.
