Katharina Rath takes over the newly created position of Chief People Officer at the Voith Group. In this role, she will align the company’s corporate culture and global human resources strategy for the future.
Katharina Rath has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources and has successfully realigned HR strategies and implemented transformation processes in her more than twenty-year international career as Chief People Officer, member of global executive boards and as an advisory board member in various companies.
