  • In 2017, BNP Paribas Wealth Management launched its Client Experience programme, which brought together 400 private bankers, experts, clients and fintechs to co-create new digital solutions.
  • With clients rapidly adopting digital tools, their expectations regarding digital experience have become even more demanding.
  • BNP Paribas Wealth Management is expanding its digital offering, including a new platform dedicated to private assets, to meet these new needs, in line with the Group’s 2025 GTS strategic plan (Growth, Technology, Sustainability). This offering is being rolled out as of July 2022 in all countries where BNP Paribas Wealth Management operates.

“Expanding our digital services is a continuous cycle that follows the constant evolution of our clients’ needs,” explains Vincent Lecomte, CEO of BNP Paribas Wealth Management “We are convinced that the only way to offer a new private banking experience – personalized, integrated and multi-channel – is to pool our in-house expertise and resources, the services of leading partners and to involve our clients at every stage of design and testing.”

Mariam Rassaï, Head of Digital Transformation, BNP Paribas Wealth Management added: “We offer our clients a global experience covering all areas of expertise: advisory, responsible investing, private equity, portfolio management, etc.… with dedicated innovative digital solutions throughout the client journey.”

BNP Paribas Wealth Management is thus launching a new digital solution dedicated to investments in private assets – Private Equity, Real Estate, Infrastructure: the Private Assets Portal.

This new digital platform offers clients real time access to all information regarding their investments in private asset funds to which they subscribed via electronic signature. It provides clients a 360° view of portfolios with detailed geographies, strategies or currencies. The platform also provides a detailed reporting on the performance of each fund and their consolidated portfolio. Clients automatically receive notifications as soon as new information about one of their investments is published on the portal. It also offers access to dedicated content on these asset classes (expert videos, articles, etc.).

This new solution is being progressively rolled out in all BNP Paribas Wealth Management markets and will be available to all private banking clients by the end of the third quarter of 2022.

“With this new portal, BNP Paribas Wealth Management now has a leading private asset offering with a state-of-the-art digital solution. We will continue to innovate to optimize our client’s journey and make it ever easier to invest in this asset class,” added Claire Roborel de Climens, Global Head of Private and Alternative investment, BNP Paribas Wealth Management.
